3. Once you have been hired

①Apply for the use of the office at the municipal office of your residence or the Welfare Division.
(2) If necessary, there will be an investigation, etc. from the municipal office.
③ In some cases, it may be necessary to communicate with a consultation support specialist.
④After the communication with the municipal office is completed, the municipal office will issue a "service recipient certificate".
⑤ Please submit the "Service Recipient Certificate" to our office.

4. Start work
